Morning Hicky and Mollie,
Well Iu go a lot of what I wanted to do early this morning, because when the antibiotics and painkillers for my wrist kick in I don't want to do anything as I feel out of it.
The dog didn't fancy another walk, she's a lazy so and so, people thnk greyhounds will be full of energy, when they see them race, well they should see my Roxy at the moment, fast asleep on the settee, all 4 legs in the air and a cat at the side of her, if I had my mobile handy, I'd take a photo!!
I see Charlie has been upsetting Bea, he is a real pain I think.
Anyway going to sit here a little longer and then going to watch the football on Sky. I've just been watching the athletics on BBC2, the amount of false starts in the sprint races was surprising.
Good afternoon PinkBabe
I've been watching athletics too on eurosports there certainly are a lot of false starts. I guess they are all very nervous and they say it's very warm there so concentration levels won't be that brilliant.
Your greyhound sounds like she knows how to chillax
I hope you have a chillax too and enjoy your OHs pampering

Big Brother: Lisa wants to get loved one's letter secret
By Kevin Lynch 16/08/2009
Big Brother 10 Lisa (Pic:Rex)
Lisa doesn't want any of her housemates reading out her letter from a loved one.
The shaven-haired lesbian says if she was to receive a note from the outside world she wouldn't like any of the other to see it as it's personal.
She said: "I don't want someone else reading my letter."
However, Charlie said that he would prefer another housemate to read out any messages from his family.
"It doesn't bother me. I've got no secrets. If someone's reading it, you can actually picture it, kind of thing."
Lisa insisted she didn't have any secrets but would just prefer to read her own letter.
The housemates then revealed they expect Big Brother to pass on messages from the outside in the next few days.
In past series, Big Brother has always given letters from the loved ones to the last few remaining housemates, which always causes a great deal of emotion.

Big Brother 10: Bea furious over Charlie spitting incident
16/08/2009
Bea was left furious after Charlie spat water in her face.
The bohemian recruitment consultant and the former Mr Gay UK contestant were messing around in the bedroom before they went to bed last night and after Bea started making roaring noises at Charlie, the hyperactive Geordie left the room.
Bea told him: "Go on, run off. I'll be waiting."
But when Charlie came back into the bedroom, he spat some water in Bea's face.
A shocked Bea announced: "I'm going to the Diary Room. It's a bridge too far."
She then told David: "He just came in with a mouth full of water and spat it in my face."
Turning back to Charlie, she said: "I can't believe you did that. I'm soaked. Honestly, I'm really shocked. That is really gross. My hair is soaking. It's not funny. Charlie, that's definitely taking things way too far."
Although Charlie insisted the glass wasn't full, Bea said that wasn't the point and warned him never to do anything like that again.

I haven't been on Farm Town today.
Have a glass of wine for me too Tatty.
Evening.
It was wet this morning, but has been an OK afternoon.
I've been doing some domestic stuff, and am about to do some ironing before I make my supper. (ETA I've just had a long telephone call from my Uncle, so scrub the ironing. )
Had my brother and his family here yesterday, and some family from Norfolk will be arriving tomorrow evening for the funeral on Tuesday.
I'll try to get some grass cutting done tomorrow if it's dry, so I don't get desperately behind. People will just have to bear with me or make other arrangements.
I think I've got most of the bills put into my name now, and I'm insured to drive my Father's car on a temporary basis.
But we haven't done much in the way of sorting out the house.
Want to get the funeral out of the way first.
Hope you get off the antibiotics soon, Pinkbabe.

Aaawww Emptybox
you can't be expected to get everything sorted at once.
Probebly best not to overdo things right now. You must still be getting over the shock of what has happended so quickly, over the last couple of weeks.
Take care.
I will be thinking of you on Tuesday. xx

empty take it easy and one day at a time, i dont think people will care too much if the grass has not been done.
leave the house until at least 2 weeks to sort out, you need some time to sort yourself out first
Good evening all
Poor KingKev ...sounds like this Sunday was no day of rest for you. I hope you can unwind from your busy day this evening.
Tatty... hope you enjoy your glass of wine. What sort is it? White/red, or my fave, rose?
Pinkbabe... aaaww your Roxy sounds dead cute. Yes I assumed a greyhound would be a very energetic type of breed. My OH enjoyed watching the footie today, I got the Sky sports channel back on yesterday, because I cancelled it when the football season stopped to save a bit of money.
Suzy... did you get your letter done, and make that walk?
We went to our local seaside town, and had a shortish walk because doggie isn't up to walking far yet, but it is her fave place, so I thought she would enjoy it. It was busier than normal because the holidaymakers were there, but still nice, and I enjoyed a hot choc and lemon cake at the seafront cafe.
Hicky... thanks for all the BB news again.
how was your Sunday? did you have visitors? Sunday lunch today?
From the articles I see Charlie is getting more annoying by the minute, but thinking he is the BB clown... but that is no funny joke sptting a mouthfull of water into someones face. I hope he is out next, awful man.

It's going to be crowded at your place for a few days.

There's a lot to sort out, it's going to take a while.
Hi Grannyg.
You are most welcome.
I'm away for a couple of days on Saturday as well, Only going to Longleat for a break.
Hope you enjoy your break next week.

And how lovely to be going on your hols with them, I bet they will keep you well busy. Whereabouts are you going?

Hi Mollie.
We had some visitors and went to get some weekend bags for next week.
Didn't have Sunday lunch, was going to get some food at the big store while we were out but everywhere was too busy.
Just had a look in a freezer for something.
I'm working all week as well, that's a bit of a blow too.
Gone right off Charlie now, knew he would be like this all the time.
He's just so annoying most of the time.

Goodnight Mollie see you tomorrow.
Suzie, it's a common misconception about greyhounds, they are the most laid back of dogs, very little upsets my Roxy, she stands for the cats climbing all over her and never goes for them.
She goes like a run though so sometimes we take her out to a country park not far from us and let her have a run, she always runs in circles but it is lovely to see her doing it. The rest of the time, she has her morning walk on the lead and an afternoon/teatime walk on the local recreation ground where she can go off the lead and have a run around there but she prefers the country park!!
I have to be careful at the moment with her because for some reason kids love her, she is in no way vicious, but can be a bit nervy if someone new is introduced to her, so for her peace of mind (and mine!), she is muzzled when we go out.
The other day I took hr for a walk and got quite cross because this little girl came running over and threw her arms round Roxy's neck, making Rox shy away, her mother never called her back and I had to show her the best way to approach a dog and calm Rox down!!
Some people have no sense at all, the mother finally asked me when she came over if Rox was vicious because she was wearing a muzzle and I said no it's to protect her. She gave me such a glare and pulled her kid away!

Siavash rejects Bea's advances
Day 74, 10:12 BST
By Rebecca Routledge
Bea has been flirting with Siavash again.
The recruitment consultant was contemplating moving beds.
While chatting with Sophie, Bea said: "The trouble is, farting here, door there, Marcus there."
She added: "I was gonna move over there next to Siavash. Try and have my wicked way."
Bea continued: "I'd like to be here in the corner - a beautiful man to wake me."
Siavash replied: "You're barking up the wrong tree. I'm all Marcus."
Bea took the duvet from Freddie's bed and put it under her sheet. "My god, this is going to be so comfy," she said to Siavash. "You can come over and stay."
"I can make one of my own," stated Siavash.
"Playing hard to get?" asked Bea. "Treat 'em mean, keep 'em keen, eh?"

I had a good day, not a lot going on, spent some time with the little ones, went to get some weekend bags, the ones with wheels on.
Has anybody been over to LiveCloud yet? I have and am not keen on the format, I don't want to blog or have groupee accounts or stuff like that, I want to enjoy myself posting on forums and another thing, I don't want to lose my sig and atavar, I've only just mastered how to do this!!
This format is really easy to use, I'm used to it from C4 days, it's ok the mods saying there will be loads of things to do, I think it will go clliquey and if you don't fit in with the "Chosen Few", you will be locked out. If so, if our chat thread stays, I will be here and on the footy thread where people do answer me. On the main board, it sometimes seems as if your face needs to fit to be answered and if it doesn't forget it.
Oh well, expect we will know the worst soon.

Yep, Bea and Charlie, and maybe others.
Night everyone.
Off to bed for me, bit early but I'll feel the benefit tomorrow.
Charlie and Bea up for eviction hopefully.
