That statement by GM is just about right.
When I had problems with a Computer the system asked what I had done to cause the problem, had I done this and that.
I wrote to Microsoft and said that when I write software and there's a problem it tells you what the problem is, and seeing that you wrote the operating system why are you asking me what the problem is, you should know.
Maybe we need a black box to find out what happened last.
Just looking for a previous post I made ages ago and saw this, from page 202.
I think they're making us think we are doing something wrong when in fact they wouldn't be able to tie they're own shoelaces if they didn't have someone to do it for them.
Probably all about the illusion of there's always something better, when in fact all we have now is more than we could imagine 10 years ago, in reality.
