Suzie, Mollie, hills are ok, except when they go up. I prefer them to go down, much easier. Laugh
My problem is my eating habits. Since giving up smoking in April I've eaten nothing but rubbish.
2 years ago I used to eat nothing but fruit and nutty, grainy cereals and protein drinks plus the odd meat pie (obviously), wasted all that hard work now. Shake Head

Hiya mozzie. wavey

mike are you on the livecloud thingy yet.

Don't know what's happenned to my email notifications. Confused

It's quite clever having the pub at the top of the first bit of hill because you work a thirst going up it and can roll back down it to get home Laugh
Shame all your healthy eating went to pot though couldn't you adjust your diet slowly, that's what I have done and lost 4 sizes so far Big Grin

well done you Hug and the smoking?? funny enough i did not even think about reaching for a ciggie through all this lost internet connection .. hows that Big Grin amazing Laugh

now I feel guilty because I bought some of that new Philadelphia lemon cheesecake just because it was on offer, and ate 2 pieces of it tonight, it was lovely with some nice fresh juicky raspberries. Smiler

I also collected a lot of blackberries when I went a walk tonight. The little doggie cant walk far yet though, so my son carried her most of the way.

I can't believe it myself Laugh but I was a size 28 and have gone down to a 20 although in asda and sainsbury's have to buy an 18, just want to get down to a 16 then I'll be happy Big Grin

I don't think it hurts to have a treat now and again Big Grin

At least your little doggie got some fresh air which will do her the world of good.
I remember going blackberry picking with my Mum she used to send me into an abandoned orchard to go scrumping Laugh any excuse for me to climb trees, didn't need asking twice for that chore Laugh

I could adjust my diet slowly Suzie but I think I react better to sudden and definite changes to myself. Like cold turkey with cigarettes. I always feel like I'm prolonging the inevitable. And cakes are too darn gorgeous, I'll always give in and lie in the gutter spooning a trifle into my anticipatating food grinder Laugh . *homer simpson drool*

I understand where you are coming from but it is a shame that you have exchanged one crutch for another, okay the eating one is a little less dangerous but you really need to compensate the extra food with more exercise Thumbs Up

Night night mozzie. Wave

I won't eat my dad's apple pies this year.
He's bought a small/young apple tree in a pot and it has a few apples on now, but I caught my dog weeing on it the other day and I can't get it out of my head. I know it probably gives it nutrition but it's the thought of it. Eeker

Suzie yes, shame I swapped crutches, I've always had one though. It's a way of coping isn't it. Makes me feel guilty worrying about small problems too when people have big problems. Can't help it I suppose, must have some ocd or some other trait in me I maybe.

Hi Kev.wavey

I think you will taste the Wee in the Apples.

Well I could taste the cats Wee in my Grapes when I had them, had to cut the Vine down because the cats used to Wee where the roots were.

Don't think it gives it Nutrition either.

I think we all have to have a crutch to get through life, it's just finding a good one that suits our life styles at the time. I'm sure we'll all work them out in the end Laugh

I had one of those plastic trays of fruit for my din dins today, it tastes so good fruit, so I don't know why most of us avoid it in favour of junk food which is pretty tasteless compared.
I love orange juice but I end up having the full litre of it in no time. Laugh Not good for weight control. Big Grin

I do eat loads of fruit and veg now that's one way I've managed to lose all the weight, plus funnily enough drinking plenty of water Nod
My Biggest fault is though I don't eat breakfast, I know I should but it make me ill Nod Usually have my first food at my first teabreak ( an apple and a banana ) Big Grin
SuzieFairy
Can't you eat fruit as a breakfast Suzie.
My mate ryan eats a n apple for his brekkie and he drinks more than me without getting a belly. Mad
He is 22 though. Roll Eyes
When I was eating really healthy a year or two ago i found that eating a lot in the morning meant I didn't feel hungry in the afternoon and evening, I just felt like 'grazing'.
I think the protein drinks helped enormously though, but they are only meant to be taken if you do muscular workouts...which are important because the more muscle you have the more calories you need. Good calories though.
I'm sure you know this anyway being all sporty before.

I suppose I could get some melon and strawberries in as I love eating those in the day and they are suppose to help break up the fat molecules so I was told at slimming world Laugh

I do know what you mean about the good calories and eating for the lifestyle,I am hoping to be all sporty again very soon Laugh Walking is getting easier so may try a jog soon but I think I'll wait until I'm on a flat before jogging commences Big Grin
SuzieFairy
Suzie I don't know how much you weigh and would never ask. I think though, knees are very easy to damage, no matter your weight to be honest. Just be careful not to do too much running, you might pay later in life.
I had 2 weeks of awful knee and shin pain in 4th yr high school, I think cos I was playing football constantly but also not getting enough sleep. (5 hours at the most Eeker )
Kev
What he hell am I still doing up lol.

I can't post in the other place, aghhh. It says error xxxxxxxxxx.

LF is funny but incomprehensible tonight, they're more drunk than I am, and that's saying something.

I'm using Firefox English Dictionary Add-On but it seems to only want US-English spelling, how wrong is that.
Check... incomprehensable or incomprehensible
.........definate or definite.
Maybe I'm slipping, I'm normally a stickler for spelling and grammer, well as much as I've been taught, and my mum's a teacher so I've no excuse lol.

Right night time for me, tho BB LF is funny, for once I think Charlie was genuinly upset. Eeker
But I'm drunk so well let's see what Hicky's news reports say. Big Grin
Bye ....eventually. Laugh
Kev
