Hi Mollie.wavey

It's been dry all day here, had lots of little ones for company today.

You are most Welcome to any news, not a lot of it lately though.

Have been coating more Jelly Babies with Chocolate.
Could get to like them, O/H doesn't, says they are too sweet.Big Grin
The little ones love them anyway.
Tried some pieces of Banana coated in Choc as well, very nice.
Have just tried some Marshmallow as well.

I've got Tickets for 'Phantom of the Opera' in London at 'Her Majesty's Theatre' on the 27th.
My lad ordered them from Oz.

Sorry to hear about your back problems, might be that damp grass. Eeker

Thanks and I am indeed, BB was so funny earlier although both Noirin and Isaac had to swear Roll Eyes. There was plenty of digs by George Lamb though towards them lol. Scoffed my face with Pizza as we had a takeaway yesterday while my mom and dad went for a meal Laugh.

Hicky...

I feel a bit better now, must be the painkillers.

How nice that your son got you tickets to see Phantom. I'd love to see that.... only last night we were saying we will see if we can get to see it when we go to London next October. Will you meet your lad in London after he flies into London?

No wonder the littlies love coming to your house, with all those special choccy things on offer. Big Grin

I'm not sure where he fly's into, probably Manchester, O/H will probably pick him up.

We are all going to London for a few days by Train.
He's booked a Hotel and a restaurant to eat as well.

My O/H is having a bit of trouble getting a Turkey, my lad wants a Christmas dinner when he comes.

Hiya Darloboy Hug

Glad to hear your having such a chillaxed time. I saw BB too and didn't actually take any notice of their language until George pointed it out Laugh
I've found both the presenters this year very biased towards the HMs which I don't think is a good thing really.
That was nice that your parents go out for meals and leave their children to do as they please Laugh

Hicky Hug

Big Brother staff threaten walkout?
Day 60, 11:17 BST
By Catriona Wightman

Big Brother staff have threatened to walk out of the show, rumours suggest.

According to the Daily Star, two senior backroom staff announced that they were leaving the show's production company Endemol, prompting urgent talks.

Sources reported that other employees would follow and added that there was low morale.

"Morale amongst the team is at rock bottom," one source told the newspaper. "They feel strangled and handcuffed by Channel 4."

The source continued: "They have started to panic over some of the things going on in the BB house. Added to this, some of those in the house have been a complete nightmare to deal with."

forgot they also flew into Manchester, that will be easier for you.
Big Grin at your OH trying to find a turkey, I guess she may have to get a frozen one this time of year. I remember how I missed not having proper Christmases out in Oz, so I am not surprised your lad is asking for one now, I bet the sprouts will have to be frozen too.

that will be a nice change for you to go to London. You have a busy nice month with that, Longleat and your boy coming home too. Smiler

forgot to say that I like your avatar, Smiler reminds me of Singapore... the fellas peddling those were always trying to talk us into taking a ride on those bike things. Big Grin

I know it's just over a mile and a half straight in town and back but if I take the long way round I know its just over 2 and a half miles, so if I go straight into town and take the long route back (which is along the bank of the river Tamar) I'll have four miles Big Grin

Just need to take things at your own pace Thumbs Up

Bea moans about David to other housemates
Day 60, 13:52 BST
By Matt Risley

Bea has run around to every housemate bemoaning David.

Following on from their argument surrounding her accusation that he had stolen butter, Bea ran out of the living room to complain to the other housemates about David's "horrible" behaviour.

Her initial complaint fell on deaf ears when she approached Rodrigo about David's "bullying" behaviour. A bemused Rodrigo just laughed at her, prompting her to find Freddie.

Freddie decided to go and confront David, while Bea moved out into the garden to tell Hira and Sophie while they were exercising.

Their lack of response spurred her into finding Marcus, where she said that while David had started out a nice housemate, he had changed to anything but.

Eventually she returned to the kitchen to challenge David once more.

"I think you're a bully, David," she moaned.

A confused David could only say that he couldn't believe what she was saying, before speaking to Lisa once more about the situation.

Housemates complete entertainment task
Day 60, 13:47 BST
By Matt Risley

The housemates have completed a task that saw them entertain each other with their own special talents.

In his role as 'house clown' Charlie set off the fire extinguisher halfway through the task, prompting an annoyed Freddie to head into the garden as he didn't like the fumes.

Aside from that, the task went off without a hitch as each housemate performed their talents.

David volunteered himself as the most judgmental housemate and was eventually called to the Diary Room to judge the most and least entertaining housemate.

He chose Hira as the most entertaining and Dogface as the least.

FORGET BB, LET'S HAVE SOME FUN!
2nd August 2009
By GARRY BUSHELL
BACK ON THE BOX

ABOVE: Noirin enjoyed time with her 'ex' Isaac in the BB house

SREE Dasari slashed his wrists while watching Big Brother. Welcome to my world.

The poor sod was probably driven nuts by Noirin’s antics. This woman has teased more pr***s than a professional lap-dancer.

Shreek, Mad Marcus, Testosterone Tomâ€Ķthey all fell for the dusky Dubliner only to have their hearts broken.

Noirin’s signals were more mixed than the Walford gene pool. She led men on then metaphorically kneed them in the knackers.

Lovesick Siavash was her final victim. She snogged him, then wanted to be “just friends”, then invited him to slip
under her duvetâ€Ķ

Hell’s teeth! Until last week Siavash had come over as the wise/stoned Maharishi of a cool if bone idle cult. Noirin left him a broken man, sobbing in the khazi.

So how smart of Big Brother to crank up the tension by sending the little tramp’s “ex”, Isaac Stout, into the house.

Yeah, “Daddy’s back”. It wasn’t enough to save her from eviction – she was up against sulky Natterjack toad expert Marcus in the first proper face-off of the summer.

But boy it upped the ante. Now Marcus will feel vindicated and his already ludicrous levels of self-belief will go through the roof.

This has been the best series for years so it’s a shame the show has more housemates than viewers.

Creepy Kenneth, the “international playboy” came and went, Bea stirred like a Kenwood Chef, Rod and Charlie have more unresolved sexual tension than Bill and Sookie on True Bloodâ€Ķ But it’s not enough Ratings have shrivelled like Griff’s bits on a cold Rivers swim.

The format is dying, and even the inmates know it cos they’ve walked at an unprecedented
rate.

C4’s dilemma is do they carry on or drop it after the 2010 celebrity version? The least they should do is rest it for a year or two, and try commissioning shows the other channels can’t make.

Like proper Saturday night entertainment. Why not reinvent variety? Imagine a show hosted by Terry Alderton featuring the comic songs of Tim Minchin, Chris Cox the “mind-reader who can’t read minds”, vents Nina Conti or Jeff Dunham and Achmed, some decent standupsâ€Ķ it’d be a showbiz oasis in the reality desert.

We’ve had enough of talentless layabouts. Let’s give pro entertainers a chance to shine.

Hi. wavey

Internet's been very low on coverage this weekend. I couldn't get on any where. Tried everything, even a System Restore lol.
Just thought about frequency of cordless phones messing it up, and yeah, the cordless phone was right in front of the Hub Roll Eyes , just about to tell my dad after BB, he must be playing me lol. Some cordless phones use the same frequency as wireless internet, daft really.
I've been waiting ages for a web page to load only it coming up 'timed out' now I've moved the phone it's instant. Thumbs Up

Mike I'm made up for you. Hug

Off to read my drunken, embarrassing posts from friday night now. How I'm not banned yet I don't know. Maybe on reflection it seems worse than it actually is. Drinking eh? Roll Eyes Blush

Housemates set clingfilm caterpillar task
Day 60, 21:22 BST
By Matt Risley

Big Brother has set the housemates a task that will see them dress up as caterpillars.

Five housemates must volunteer as caterpillars to win tokens and a hamper of luxury goods. The other housemates will dress as garden gnomes and fairies in their roles as helpers.

Big Brother will provide a 'flower bed' with five giant leaves out in the garden, which the caterpillars must then stand on. Dressed in green catsuits, they will stand with their feet together and their hands by their side, as the helpers use an entire roll of cling film to wrap around each individual caterpillar.

Once the caterpillars are wrapped tightly in clingfilm, the helpers will lay them down and they will then have two minutes to stand up.

Each housemate to successfully stand up will receive a token, and if all five caterpillar housemates manage to stand up, the group will receive an additional token. If every housemate takes part, the group will receive a luxury hamper of food and drink.

Freddie, Bea, Lisa, Marcus and Hira volunteered to act as helpers, while Charlie, Rodrigo, Siavash, Sophie and David will act as caterpillars.
