I took the dog a long walk early today, because I hear we are due to get loads of rain this afternoon and tommorrow. Like you, I too am trying to up my exercise to go with the cut down in food, but it is not easy.

forgot to tell you that we have been having trouble with the Samsung tv yet again.
We have written to complain to Samsung, i think it was a duff set. Originally, we only had it a few months then the picutre wouldnt come on, so the repair shop kept it for 3 months. They said they had to do a big job on it. Then a few months ago, it started taking ages and ages to come on, and eventaully wouldnt come on at all. We have not had it for even 2 years.

The year warranty was up, but I thought it was worth writing to complain that we think it was a duff set, because we paid a lot of money for it, and it was never fit for its purpose.
Dont think we will get anywhere with them, but thought it was worth a try. It is just sitting here now again, gathering dust, and we only have a small lounge tv again.

I am completly off Samsung stuff now.

As eviction rumours go, it's a bit of an obvious one, but we still really hope it's true. After days of swearing at each other and drawing the rest of the housemates into their argument, Noirin and Marcus have apparently annoyed everyone enough to warrant being put up for eviction. As well as nominating each other, Marcus and Noirin have provided the other housemates with the perfect excuse to pick them out to face the public vote. Now us, the viewing public, have the chance to decide whether to leave Noirin in there to break a few more hearts, or to make sure Marcus wins a moral victory by winning a popularity battle against her. He is still refusing to talk to either Noirin or Siavash by the way, despite the best efforts of both by them to apologise for falling for each other. If these rumours are true, it's going to be one hell of a showdown come Friday night. Who will YOU be voting for?

It weird that your elbow doesn't seem to be healing very well Do they know what caused the infection in the first place ?

I love the smell of bacon and sausages, I just can't eat it I hope you enjoy it though

I would guess BB would need to allow some access during the day to some people otherwise this year would be a total disaster.
I lost interest quite a while ago and only dip in now and again as I have watched it since the start 10 years ago.
No-one sees this as a psychological experiment any more just a get rich quick experience. Maybe if they put in a load of rich psychology academics we may get some interesting tasks and some very interesting game playing

yes I am fit and well thanks, and trying to get fitter, by walking a bit more, but not as energetic as you, and venturing to a gym.

I have nothing planned but know I've chilled out long enough need to get off my big lazy bum and get some work done so will go and get dressed in a mo and get on with it
I don't think taking the guinea pig for a walk would work quite as well as taking a dog
I really should get myself motivated with the exercising and these 2 weeks are the perfect opportunity to get it going. I don't have a problem with food I only eat it because I'm told to. I would be quite happy to eat when I'm hungry and not being made to eat 3 times a day. I do manage to get away with 2 a day at the moment

Sorry to hear about your TV, they are complex things, don't know why the repair shop had it 3 months last time, they obviously werent repairing it all that time.
It would only take a few hours to repair if they had the parts.

If the picture won't come on that is a small problem really and should only take a few minutes to fix.

The problem is, with all this stuff from abroad they may not have the spare parts in this country.
All the parts are shipped over here, but that's a problem in itself.

You can have the same problem with any make, they are all the same, doubt if one is better than another.

Mine seems OK, the other day I couldn't get it to turn on with the remote control but it would come on with the button on the front, now it's working on the remote again, don't know why.

All the Electrical appliances are throw away types these days, you might get a good one, you might not.
Some items last for years, some don't, best to just forget about it and get another one.

Your only entitled to 12 months out of it, the rest is a bonus.

Good luck with the exercise, but as you say, you would look silly with Raisin on a lead.
I too only have 2 meals a day, but am trying to cut down on the calories I eat in those meals, so often feel hungry. Like you, I dont eat meat, and love cheese, and as you know cheese is so fattening.

Dont have much planned today, but have to help daughter put her assignment together, do some of the ac****s/invoicing, and then the never ending houswork and washing the family always manage to find for me.

I was lazy yesterday and OH didn't like it very much because I was on lappy all day Will have to show I'm willing today and make up for it I think OH forgets he's now a part time worker and that I work full time But all this extra housework will get rid of a few more calories and that's the way I'm looking at it
You're right about the cheese, it's the first thing I cut down to once a week and lost loads of weight in the first month, almost 2 sizes in fact. Remember I was a size 28 at the time so was well over weight. Now I'm down to an 18 it's getting harder to shift it, that's why I've got to get the exercising sorted especially on my tummy and on my fitness level ( I've been trying to think of the right word and it's driving me mad. When I say fitness I mean heart and lung fitness. I know there's a word for it and it's completely gone )
I remember helping with assignments I did like doing them though I hope your daughter gets good marks for it
