It's a lot more comfy now though.

that sounds horrible, and the roughness of the plastic next to your infected skin... No wonder it was painfull and not healing quckly.

Lets hope it improves now you can do the dressing properly.
I like using silver to help wounds, I use those silver plasters often, and they seem to ease wounds quickly.

Muscle power has never been a problem for me it's more the stamina and fitness that I've bottomed out on. Need to build up my heart and lungs again. I'm even considering swimming as that is the best exercise for that, may go on ladies night but will have to see how expensive it is first
