SOPHIE TAKES ON BB5'S MICHELLE
ABOVE: Sophie takes on Michelle in a task
14th July 2009
IT'S a battle of the Big Brother babes as Sophie will compete in a singing task against BB5's Michelle Bass.
The glamour model has been practicing her vocals ahead of today’s challenge – which will see her testing her vocal chords and judged on a comedic variation of religious song Pie Jesu.
Reading her challenge to the group out loud, Sophie said: “Housemates, for Dogface’s challenge, she must attempt to sing the hymn Pie Jesu as performed on Big Brother Five by an ex-housemate from that year.”
She exclaimed: “I can’t f**king sing that!”
After laughter from her fellow contestants, Sophie continued reading.
She added: “The renditions will be judged by the public via Big Brother’s website. The public will be asked which rendition they think is best.
"If the public decide that Dogface’s performance was superior to the Big Brother Five housemate, Dogface will win her challenge.
“If the public decide Michelle Bass’ performance was the better of the two, then Dogface will fail her challenge.”
In preparation for the challenge - dressed in a cassock - the tuneless blonde has performed several high-pitched and screechy versions of the hymn to her fellow housemates.
Shaven-headed Brummie Lisa teased: “Beautiful. It sounds great that. Hold the note... Lovely! You’ve got it. Oh that is a tune! Oh that’s good. How lovely.”
Lisa is known for not always telling the truth...
There are so many reasons why you MUST watch Big Brother tonight
Posted Tuesday 14 Jul 2009
Looking at these pictures has just made us fall in love with BB3's Alex Sibley all over again – even if he does appear to be sucking an egg Angel-style. We're getting very excited about the fact that in just a few hours time we'll be watching him, Lee and Sophie all taking part in a special Big Brother egg-and-spoon race. Not only that, but we'll also get to see Halfwit's shambolic attempt to beat BB1's Craig's impressive time on the assault course. BB2's Dean will also be on tonight's show, challenging Lisa to build the tallest sugar-cube tower. Having all these old faces back in play has made us all excited about BB10 again! Today Noirin was only hanging out with Federico for about an hour, but already he was under her spell, even telling her she had "beautiful eyes" before he left. Actually, maybe he was just trying to soften the blow of the Michael Jackson bombshell... This afternoon's most recent task has seen BB5's Michelle Bass having a sing-off with Dogface in the garden. BB sources admit they were actually worried at one point that the glass in the cameras would crack... OK, not really, but let's just say neither of them are going to be the next Lily Allen. Are you looking forward to tonight's show? And which ex-housemate are YOU most excited about watching?

Bit of an in-joke about a tv programme with mike, Suzie.
I meant my post from before about the harvesting.
I would love to own a pub...but I'd bankrupt myself within a month. Can you get pubs on Farmtown?
Noirin's the dancing queen
SEXY Noirin Kelly may be glum in the house but she looks delighted as she busts some moves in this home video.

Noirin Dancing Here (Click)
The 25-year-old, who recently complained she was lonely, can be seen taking on a pal in a cringe-inducing dance-off ahead of her appearance in the show.
The Dublin beauty whips of her jacket to reveal a tight red top before dancing sexily with friend Mark Ward while cheering pals look on.
The retail manager was caught showing off her groove roughly a month before entering the Big Brother house.

Have you seen the Sree one in the club?
Thanks for the gifts on FB Suzie. Tatty said people don't like it when people harvest their trees...why's that though?
My apple tree is ready, how long will it last.
I know nothing haha.

you're very welcome
Most farmers like adding the colour of the fruit to their farms so choose not to harvest them. The fruit trees unlike your crops doesn't rot so will give you all year round colour. If you want to harvest them then go ahead but as I said you don't have to and it won't go off
Thanks Suzie.
Hicky this is the Sree vid.
He aint as innocent as he made out. Be warned, the video isn't pretty.

I still think Sree is very innocent, he may dance with a few girls but that doesn't prove anything.
I can imagine that his best chat up line is, are you ready for childbearing or would you rather wait a little longer.
Well it looks like they have screwed up the food task.
Lisa won because he was too embarrassed to beat her, but she did awful.
And Craig should have fell off the plank in the first place to give Freddie a chance.
But Craig wouldn't like to lose..
But to win 7 out of 9 will be near impossible.

Sophie murders song in task
In tune ... Sophie Reade and Michelle Bass
SOPHIE Reade lives up to her Dogface moniker by howling her way through a rendition of Pie Jesu.
The 20-year-old glamour model - who changed her name legally to become a fully fledged Big Brother housemate - murders the song as part of this week's shopping challenge.
The task was the latest in a line of activities for Big Brother's anniversary celebrations and saw Sophie pitted against series five contestant Michelle Bass.
Back in 2004 Bass failed a similar singing task during a mock wedding.
This year it seemed like she had been practising the tune while Sophie sounded like she was drowning a cat.
Viewers will ultimately decide who wins the task with visitors to Big Brother's website being asked whose rendition they prefer.
Housemates must win seven of nine tasks in this week's anniversary challenge in order to win a luxury food budget.

Hi Tatty..
And it is a quick hello and goodnight from me too tonight, had a busy evening. We have been house hunting again.
Kingkev... the Japanese lesson went great thanks. The Japanes lady is so sweet and polite, she sort of half bows with her hands together to you.Daughter's Japanese coming on real well with one to one lessons now.
Hicky... thanks for all that BB news.
Mike..good luck with the income support.
Suzy Sorry I missed you tonight, hope to see you tommorrow.
If you call in later, Emptybox... hope you are ok, and had a good day.
goodnight all...

Evening guys.
Sunshine and showers here, but I got a hedge cut and some strimmimg and grass cutting in between showers.
Seems a bit off that you should need to hire a Japanese tutor for your daughter your self mollie.
This recession is really screwing the country up longterm, if they let it affect education.
Still supporting Karly in this corner, but it's a gey lonely corner.

The news, what there is from last night in the BB house, Day 41/42.
--------------
03:24 Everyone's now asleep, apart from Marcus, who's stewing/pondering in the living room.
02:56 On that note, Noirin has gone to bed.
02:52 Last throw of the dice: Marcus asks Noirin to do some painting with him in the morning. She says OK. He says, brilliant - you can paint a sort of tattoo that goes up my arm and across my chest. Genius. She thinks about pulling a face, but decides in the end that there's no way out, and agrees.
02:44 Marcus is saying Norin might be evicted because the public will feel sorry for him, being the underdog as far as romance with her. They might think she's been unkind in her treatment of him. Personally, I think he's angling for another cuddle. No chance.
02:37 Marcus: 'Sorry if I've been mean to you.' By the way, you may have guessed that Marcus and Noirin are the only two HMs not in bed.
02:28 Freddie is doing his 'sleep of the dead' routine.
02:21 OK, I'm starting a campaign to get Marcus evicted. Poor old Noirin is trying to change the subject and talk about Michael Jackson, and Marcus wades in with 'Rodrigo starts loads of arguments'. Let's get that wet weekend out of there!
02:18 If I were Noirin, I would definitely not tell Marcus where I live. The man is well and truly obsessed.
02:15 Noirin's promising to have fun and not p*** Marcus off for her 'last few days'.
02:10 She's probably right - on both counts.
02:08 Noirin is convinced she's going to be evicted on Friday, so it's not worth arguing. Listen to her, Marcus.
01:57 Noirin: 'I just don't like it when friends keep complimenting me. I don't want to hear someone telling me I'm gorgeous or whatever.' Marcus: 'So if someone brings you a cup of tea, and you throw s*** at them, that's OK.' This conversation could go down in Big Brother history as the most surreal. These people need to go to bed. And PLEASE, not together.
01:53 Marcus: I'm not here to tell anyone what to do. I'm not here to give advice.
01:49 Noirin is trying to calm the situation by saying she'll try harder not to upset Marcus. Siavash has had a better idea - he's going to bed.
01:44 Now Marcus is saying Noirin doesn't do anything for herself and she's ruder to him than anyone else in the house. Unrequited love can be an ugly thing - and hell hath no fury like a Marcus scorned. More to come when I've read some more books.
01:35 Marcus is losing the plot. We need Freddie to appear and say: 'I have NO reason to doubt Noirin and Siavash!'
01:25 Marcus is being SO WEIRD. He's basically saying that if Noirin and Siavash make up, then he can't be friends with them. He's saying they've each done the worst thing to each other that anyone can do in the house. He's obviously forgetting that they could have killed each other in cold blood.
01:20 Now Noirin's joined them and they're going over the whole thing again, in all its gory detail.
01:15 Marcus and Siavash are in the kitchen, talking about the bloody rabbit thing again. Aaargh!

Start Here, at least they weren't all asleep.

Thinking too much ... Sophie Reade
PERHAPS Sophie Reade has been spending too long with Karly Ashworth and Lisa Wallace.
Talking to Karly in the kitchen, following the announcement of the nominations, glamour model Sophie said: "I don't understand what's going on.
"THEY'RE doing stuff and WE'RE getting evicted.
"It's like they're setting us up."
Maybe someone should tell Sophie that it's the people outside the house who choose who gets evicted.
