Saw the end of Shipwrecked, can't believe they only show you an hour a week, it's a joke really.
Not as good as last year with the 3rd island twist, that was great.

Last years shipwrecked was good wasn't it haven't really watched it this year. I seem to be going of the telly and rather be on here, writing or reading a book

Must remember that in a strong wind, either open everything wide or close everything down, half and half doesn't work.

Sounds like a great idea

It wasn't that difficult as I set myself small goals. Also adjusted my diet gradually so it wasn't such a shock once I got that settled I started to introduce exercise. Now I think I will have to push a bit harder on the excerise as there is nothing else I can adjust in my eating habits. It's taken a long time to do but at least I know I'm not going to put it all back on.

i know... especially when you are being honest lol i do scottish slimmers so i need the diary to keep track of my checks or i have selective memory

I only kept a diary because the guy at the gym said it would help keep track of all the food I ate. Then we could adjust it accordingly. I was so shock at how much cheese I ate, once I had cut that down to once a week the weight was falling off also I needed to eat more veggies and fruit. I still keep a diary just to check I'm getting the right balance.

I've got the rowing machine out and the stepper. Also Bagel Queen suggested I go out for a walk more often so maybe I'll take her advise as well

You can buy lower fat cheeses now and they do taste quite nice. But by reducing it to once a week it really makes you appreciate it even more

It was very hard for them to pick a winner, when you are on the losing side and there's nothing in it for yourself, how where they supposed to find out what the sharks where like after a few hours and they had been there for months, they haven't seen the footage that we have, they haven't a clue what they are like on the other island.
