No Suzie, planting the Toms next week, still a bit early in case of frost, they are in a cold frame at the Mo.
God all the rest planted.

Saw the end of Shipwrecked, can't believe they only show you an hour a week, it's a joke really.
Not as good as last year with the 3rd island twist, that was great.

Oh right for some odd reason I thought you were doing it today Blush Did the coldframe stay put with the extra bricks?
Last years shipwrecked was good wasn't it Nod haven't really watched it this year. I seem to be going of the telly and rather be on here, writing or reading a book

Good evening all. wavey
Hope you have all had a good weekend.

We have been busy, out for the day yesterday, shopping and walking, and open day at the college with the kids, and today, visiting, a old Classic car show. I loved the old 1920's type cars with the picnic baskets on the back. Smiler

Suzie.. wavey I dont like meat either, but love choccy and baked beans.

Hicky...fingers crossed for good weather next week for your tomoatoes. Smiler

The cold frame never blew away again, but don't think the wind was as strong.
Must remember that in a strong wind, either open everything wide or close everything down, half and half doesn't work.Big Grin

Sounds like a great idea Big Grin

It wasn't that difficult as I set myself small goals. Also adjusted my diet gradually so it wasn't such a shock once I got that settled I started to introduce exercise. Now I think I will have to push a bit harder on the excerise as there is nothing else I can adjust in my eating habits. It's taken a long time to do but at least I know I'm not going to put it all back on.

I only kept a diary because the guy at the gym said it would help keep track of all the food I ate. Then we could adjust it accordingly. I was so shock at how much cheese I ate, once I had cut that down to once a week the weight was falling off Eeker also I needed to eat more veggies and fruit. I still keep a diary just to check I'm getting the right balance.
Good luck with your diet and your diary Big Grin

You can buy lower fat cheeses now and they do taste quite nice. But by reducing it to once a week it really makes you appreciate it even more Big Grin

Evening. Smiler

Hi darloboy. Smiler
I really hope things turn out OK to the newest edition to your extended family. A worrying time, I'm sure. Frowner

I've heard some good things about that new Star Trek film. Think I'll wait for the Blu-ray though.
It seems a bit like sacrilege to have kirk, spock etc as youngsters, but we'll see if it works. Smiler

Hi boldjohn. You must be proud of your daughter. Cool
Did you never consider getting another computer, so you wouldn't have to ration it. Big Grin

And good luck to all the dieters. Smiler
I offer you sympathy, with the kind of smugness that only the eternally slim can muster. Razzer Big Grin

Oh, and yes mollie, I do think that Debra is kind of magnificent. Blush Eeker Big Grin
Not on an Aisleyne type scale, I hasten to say. Wink

It was very hard for them to pick a winner, when you are on the losing side and there's nothing in it for yourself, how where they supposed to find out what the sharks where like after a few hours and they had been there for months, they haven't seen the footage that we have, they haven't a clue what they are like on the other island.
