A anti-Biotic is possibly needed for the swelling hes maybe picked up a wee infection. After all hes been through poor wee thing, give him a   Keep us updated if you can.

Evening all,Have been to the vets today.Vet thinks  wound is coming on alright,so nothing now I hope to worry about.Just keep doing the dressings etc.
