I have never changed mine either Moonie, so did a quick search. If you look below the envelope there is a link called "I can't Identify my account". This could be a good starting point.

Jen, after I went through 6 boxes of paperwork, 2 very large. I found numerous book contain e-mail address and passwords. But not the one I wanted. So after a little 'brain exercise' I remembered how I had changed it before 
Pity I didn't remember before I had rummaged through all that paperwork though
