Don't panic Renton. Your identity has probably been stolen, that's all  

A good free anti-virus is "Avira" also get "Spybot" for adware and malaware etc.

Don't buy from them.
Clean your computer with a free programme.
Do NOT BUY from them! Good programme do not need to pester you like that.

Thanks Daniel, I've downloaded the second one and it's much quicker and more comprehensive that the one that I paid for.

She begged us not to tell the students ... it's costing her a lot in tea-making duties!!

Thanks for the spybot as well, downloaded that and am currently running a scan, it seems a lot quicker than the other antivirus programme that I installed.
