Hate Stella, my brother was going to call his daughter that because he reckoned that was what caused her ...

If they had twins he could have called the other one Artois .

My Dad once got a letter from a couple in America who were trying to trace their family tree.... the were called Stella and Bud    Match made in heaven.

I have no idea what this baby is going to called now.  My partner and I keep going off names we had liked at the beginning.  I am going to wait until I get the gender scan then have 3 or 4 names for when the baby arrives so I can see which he or she suits.  At this rate the poor thing will be nameless.

Ells

It's different and quirky, but not "TOWIE loving mum trying to be American" quirky.

Plus she can shorten it to Phae, to give it a little je ne sais quoi.

You've never read Euripides' 'Phaedra' have you?

Aww man. Is he a fan of TOWIE too?

Not exactly.

I 'read' the play in a desperate attempt to get an O'Level in Ancient Greek because back in the day if you were thought to be an Oxbridge candidate it was encouraged to add it to your educational arsenal.  Suffice to say, I didn't even achieve other peoples' expectations in all respects. Got a bad degree from a red-brick uni eventually.
