I haven't ever had to remove my rings but I tended to lose weight during my pregnancies so any water I retained through oedema took me up to my usual hand size if that makes any sense.

If they are getting a bit tight it may be worth removing them now and maybe putting them on a chain around your neck for a few months?

OMG, that just made me LOL and reminded me of when I was in labour with my eldest.

The woman in the next room to me was being extremely loud and asking the midwife to make it stop. The midwife I think had had more than enough of her as her pains were not that close together. All I heard was the midwife bellow at her was "that baby is coming out only one way and if you can't take it now, god help you".

By this time I was away with the fairies on gas and air and I couldn't stop laughing, which then caused my midwife to bellow at me to stop laughing because the moniters(sp?) couldn't pick up my Leannes heartbeat.
