I meant to add I was also born a female, but ask my Dad and his mates and they will tell you I was 'Arthur Jr'.

I love love love when 'Fat Monica' dances on Friends.  It really makes me laugh.

I just popped back in here to have another watch of the 'fat monica' dance.  I don't know why, but it always makes me smile.  I think it's because Courtney Cox always looks like she really loves being 'fat monica'

Sweet, I'm  generally the same. So I record it and watch the next day, which is why I'm always hours behind the discussions.

Luke A’s Wife: He’s “Already A Winner To Me” 

 

Luke A, as we all know, was born a woman, and is going through Gender Reassignment to become a man, downstairs as well.

In today’s Daily Star, his wife Becki has revealed that she couldn’t be more proud of her chef husband and how he’s bravely chosen to put his life story out there into the public arena. Likewise, Luke’s dad Bill recently told the same paper that although he’d “lost a daughter” when Laura became Luke, he “gained another son.”

Becki told the Daily Star that she’d been dating Luke for around a month before he explained that he is transgendered. And of “the talk I was a bit nervous but I could see he was as well. “I actually asked if he had been in prison. He laughed and said: ‘Don’t be silly’.

“He just told me he hadn’t always been a man and that he was born female. “Obviously I was shocked. But I knew I was fine with it.“Looking back it helped us realise we could completely trust one another.”

She added, “Everybody has accepted him, the Big Brother thing secret was really no problem after all he and I have been through together.

Though the hotel restaurant manager admitted she was “shocked” by his transgender revelation she realised she loved him just the way he is. And even though Luke has not had surgery below the waist to complete his transformation into a man, the couple cannot wait to start a family.

Becki told the Star: “We would like to have children at some stage. “Obviously there will have to be a sperm donation. But Luke can’t wait to be a dad.”

The couple, who met working at the Beaufort Park Hotel in Mold, north Wales, two years ago, were watching a DVD together after a string of dates when Luke, 31, decided to break the news he was born Laura. “I know now that he wanted me to get to know him first, before he told me about his past.

They married last year at the hotel where they work and are planning a honeymoon in Cuba after Luke emerges from the BB house.

Becki said she “couldn’t be prouder” of him for having the courage to reveal his secret. As part of his sex change Luke underwent chest surgery in Manchester last year but needs another op after it partially failed. He will also have pelvic surgery on the NHS.

“It doesn’t matter how long he lasts in the house. He is already a winner to me.”
