Can't help but think they deserve each other
I said the same thing Velvet....he did wrong on several levels, but she seems very bitter...
She said she didnt say anything to newspapers but she had their convo recorded by a newspaper, didnt she?
Can't help but think they deserve each other
exactly
If what she is saying is true, then I don't blame her.
She's saying she had no choice though, over taking the points - don't believe it for a minute. If he had her that brow beaten she'd never have said no in the first place.

I wonder if their kids will be called as witnesses. She said that they heard the arguments about it. I certainly wouldn't call her 'brow beaten', but it sounds like he had already nominated her as the driver and she reluctantly signed, as he would have been in deep doo doo if she hadn't.

*high fives Blizz*
Wouldn't it be great if Tony Blair left Cherie + she dished the dirt

me neither
If MrH signed the back to say I was the driver without my consent I would be very scorned and he wouldnt be walking comfortably for a long time

i dont blame the woman one little Iota
*hell hath no fury like a womans corns*
and she referred to his new bird as *that man*
now THAT was bitchy
Good point. Maybe thats whats keeping them together. They both got so much dirt.

How true!.. Prescott, Blunkett, even boring old John Major were up to shananigans
i really couldnt imagine anyone find cherie attractive enough to have an affair with..not even eric pickles..and by the size of him, he'd have a go at anything
Those phone calls though. Talk about amateur hour.

was gonna say he'd eat anything-but that was just a vile thing to say
but i did anyway

Trying to trick him into confessing you mean? She was rubbish

You've seen a pic of Carina Trimingham?....Takes all sorts, not just looks

Aye. And lying through her teeth.
Hope they both get done.

not even a roofie would make cherie & carina attractive

Yes, her reveal does seem to have back-fired on her somewhat.... unless she gets away with it!
From what I have seen on the news and read in the newspaper, she seems like a bitter and vindictive woman. I don't believe for a minute that she was forced into taking the points, she doesn't seem like a browbeaten woman to me.
I don't condone what he did but I won't be sorry if her spiteful actions come back to bite her on her butt.
Can't help but think they deserve each other
I hear that.
She does seem worse than him, he was a bit of a coward in not admitting his speeding, but she recorded a phone conversation to try and trap him, and with a "public spirited jounalist"...this woman seems like a bunny boiler to me.

I totally agree Yogi

if she offered to help-then CH should of remembered the saying
'beware of Greeks bearing gifts'
i dont like him or his ex or his scary missus
they should all go to jail
just for my amusement
I dont blame her.
What I dont understand is why he felt the need to have her take the blame ,it was only three penalty point and a monetary fine .
I can see how if he had sent her details off already the position he had put her in. Imagine you're happily married and this happens..... to go back on it would totally drop anyone in the poo let alone an MP. I agree with her that we should all know the type of people we're putting in power in this country.
I dont blame her.

The BBC article i just read said he would have been disqualified if he had admitted it was him and he was a really fast driver, so i assume he had a few already
She's going a bit far now over this claim that he forced her to have an abortion. Is that really in the public interest? If she's not careful, her son Peter will turn against her too.
It's all gone a bit
I suppose once solicitors are involved it's inevitable - shameful really - he hasn't really admitted anything has he? I think he's a bit of a scunmag and although it's gone a bit too far I don't really blame her for what she's done. He comes across as a totally arrogant to**er IMO.
