I've recorded the series. .not got to watch it yet. .only just finished watching stuff I recorded in November.. am now reliving Xmas all over again thru the December recordings.. thank gawd for ffwd thru the ads

haven't got around to watching it yet as I recorded it due to being on too late - hope this isn't a sign that Ch5 have got low viewing figures and are pushing it to the twilight zone till they've finished with this series episodes
Channel 5 has defended putting Helix on hiatus and shifting the sci-fi series to a new channel.
In a statement to Digital Spy, the broadcaster also addressed its decision to drop The Walking Dead, Once Upon a Time and other US drama imports.
"In our mission to bring fresh, dynamic content to viewers, not all our shows will succeed, and when shows under-perform then as a commercial channel we have to take action," a spokesperson for the channel said.
"The shows which we have parted ways with in the past few months have not performed as expected, and so we have had to do exactly that."
Helix had been "under-performing" in its Channel 5 slot on Mondays at 10pm, the spokesperson said, and so will air on 5* when it returns "later in the year

I've been watching and quite enjoying it...not sure if that will be enough to sustain my interest until it returns at some point! I hope so, because I am intrigued by it all at the moment. Why do Americans have to have series breaks?? Never will understand that!

oh! So we could have watched the whole series in one run? That sucks, big time! I assumed that we were watching it in the same way we watch The Walking Dead..that'll teach me! C5 losing even more brownie points there then.
It would seam that tht US are getting to see all 13 episodes with no break.
We've seen 6 they've seen 8 and they'll se the other 5 each week from 28th Feb to 28th March!
