Dull, grey, misty, cloudy, and depressing in the top right.
However! Who cares about us? Tell us what is happening in that London. It's all that matters.

Yes....it lasted hours though which was strange.
It's very cloudy here (almost a blanket of cloud in the sky).. Feels warm(ish) outside. I think the local weather said it would reach about 20 or 22 today. Having said that I'm right on the coast so tends to feel cooler here most of the time.
According to paper we'll be at level four alert (the highest) by Thursday.

Do you have a real sports day? My son is in reception and last year (in nursery) their sports day was along the lines of 'everyone is a winner' and they all got medals for taking part.
Races included walking backwards, egg and spoon, skipping etc etc. Competition was certainly viewed unfavourably at the school! I don't know what it will be like this year but I know he'll be going for it - he loves to win bless him
I love the heatwave, it feels like home

Yep...juniors have proper running races etc heavens forbid, where you get real losers and winners. Counsellors are on hand for the agrieved parents.

For all the nursery wasn't competative, the fathers race was such a spectacle. They were really going for it. One of the dads practically threw his kid over the finish line to win the race.
Its very warm and sunny in Bolton. Went to see Take That yesterday and it was so hot all day I thought I'd never be cool again
Warm but not hot in the Midlands .

Beautiful blue skies here in the Pennines but luckily it's not too hot yet. Mind you I do have three electric fans blowing cool air at me.
