At the end of BBBOTS, they showed a clip of Darryn questioning Lucien about knowing about it, you could hear anger in Darryn voice. 
Emma  then said that Lucien lied  to Darryn because he did know about it, apparently Bobby discussed this with Lucien before he did it.

It was just shown on the later show that he spat in it strike. 

He let his sweat drip into the can but he also used some cotton to wipe his body and squeezed it in as well.

Well these sort of action in the house should mean that he be evicted and prosecuted. I mean- who knows what diseases can be transmitted by this? The show seems to be stooping to lower levels and if C5 allow it to go on then the press will crucify them.
