I have the symptoms I normally suffer towards February and March.
Can the Birch Trees really be giving off pollen already? Anyone else?

GJ, Worcester University have a recent pollen forecast:

No mention of birch though it mentions hazel and a couple of types of fungal spore.
Before I go El Loro! Thanks for that link. I really do appreciate that!
Now if you'd asked about the Larch
Could be, with mild weather GJ? Daffs were out in December

Oh maaan thats bad
Was interested to see this thread. Although I've been calling it an "allergy" rather than hay fever, I was suffering from itchy and watering eyes over Christmas, along with occasional sneezing fits - just like I often get in the Spring/Summer...
Me too ... I have all-year round hay fever; allergic rhinitus. It gets worse in the summer. It has certainly been bad for the last two weeks.
I just hope that all the supermarkets have enough of their own brand pills on the shelves at the time of year. Don't want to be spending a fortune on expensive, branded stuff.
I suffer with the same Jen and I keep getting symptoms, I was putting it down to a cold starting but it keeps coming and going, I have started to use my nose spray already
