Also did the Graveyard Ghost tour in Edinburgh. Was great fun, and a little scary, but Mr. Lori was disappointed not to be beat up by a ghost. He kept hanging back...

Tell me more, tell me more.  I have been dying (no pun intended) to get Mr C to stay at Chillingham Castle with me.

Not a ghost hunt no. My younger sister has, she's a true (and very nutty) believer!

I did live in a supposedly haunted house for a while as a teenager. I don't really believe in ghosts but it was a bit spooky! Doors would close, things would move etc. It was worse upstairs, so we all (me, my two sisters and my boyfriend) used to sleep downstairs.

One night we were feeling brave so we decided to sleep upstairs. I woke up in the middle of the night and it was ridiculously and inexplicably hot! We all ended up downstairs again.

My son was conceived in the upstairs of that house.....and through my whole pregnancy I had this nagging feeling that I was going to give birth to some sort of devil child.

Generally I am the worlds biggest sceptic about these things though.

We did a ghost walk in Haworth which is not far from where we live. My OH and I, and a few friends were led around the high street and the graveyard by this guy who does it every night.

It was a very cold, but clear evening, just right for spookiness. The most spooky part was in the graveyard with the flipping crows roosting in the trees. Every now and then they would flap and squawk and believe me it was scary because of the atmosphere that had been created. All in all though a very enjoyable experience, especially in the Black Bull afterwards.

We actually go to to Haworth and the surrounding area a lot as we have family there, but, I look at Haworth itself, and the high street with very different eyes now.We didn't see any ghosts,(I don't believe anyway) but the chap who does the talks has had some very interesting "experiences".

Pirate I'm supposed to be going on the Birmingham ghost walk at the end of the month.  Today I went tramping round Warstone Lane and Key Hill Road Cemetries in the Jewellery Quarter - middle of the day, bright blooming sun shine and it was spooky as hell   I wanted to see the catacombs there

This is the catacomb grave of Neville 'peace in our time' Chamberlain's (who made the appeasement pact with Hitler) grand father and father.  I was also looking for Alfred Bird who invented Bird's custard but I couldn't find it

I swear I was being followed around the whole time
