Obviously I mean in the North East.

It's been AMAZING.  I love extreme weather.

We've had a funny sort of day anyway, when we got to the office this morning all of the power was off in the area, sat there until just before noon when a man from the power company came and told us it was multiple problems they would not get fixed before 7pm, so we locked up and came home (luckily all of our phone calls when not answered within so many rings divert to my mobile ).

We did other home orientated jobs on the way home, got home around 3.15 and couldn't believe how dark it was, all the street lights were on, then the rain started.  I cannot ever remember a storm like this.  There was one cloud swirling over us and it was swirling so much I was excited it was going to become a tornado.

I saw lots of pics on my facebook from the Newcastle folk.....looked scary!

We've had loads of flooding and way too much rain but luckily not as bad as Newcastle.  The last few days have been awful and it's also been really warm which is a nightmare when trying to figure out what to wear for the day!  (seriously.....need shoes that cover the feet and clothes that cover the arms and legs but it's bloody too warm!)

Honestly, you'd dry off faster if you didn't wear clothes and shoes.

I wouldn't wish my naked body on anyone's eyes.
