No contest IMO!

I went to Slimming World after a friend of mine went from 25st to 10st ib 20 months. I really does work!

Slimmimg World sounds fantastic Soozy. i wonder what the free foods are? On Atkins, you can eat meat anytime... after a while you do tire of it though...

Fruit, veg, salad, fat free yogurts, bathelors fat free supernoodles, pasta n sauce, spuds (which you can make into chips which are lovely), eggs, rice, pasta, fish, chicken, lean meats and if you have a butchers nearby who do a slimming world range then you'll find other products that are syn free or almost syn free.  It's a great diet because on top of all the free foods there is a syn allowance aswell for treats!

That sounds brilliant. Oh how I miss bananas and apples on Atkins. Mind you, fry ups are allowed so its a trade off I suppose.

Whats not to like Ells?

*Goes off to investigate Slimmers World*

I'm grateful to Atkins, but having gotten the bulk of the weight off now, maybe I could ease up a bit.  I miss potatoes terribly...don't get me started
