I try to resist every year, I don't know why.

It was on in my bedroom last night while I was faffing around, tidying up and stuff.

I watched the main show (though kept dozing off) but none of the live feed...and I doubt I will watch any of it because of the times it is on....when I'm safely tucked up in bed!

I watched the launch show but didnt bother watching last night.

mornin' deegs, i half watched the launch show, but was posting on another forum at the time, and holding a convo with o/h.none of them made much of an impression except an over eciteable small person who was feckin' annoying.
not sure if i'll watch the h/l show, but no doubt i'll be seduced by it all, some time soon.

I have never watched the live feed, so not got involved to that extent. Some years I end up only watching BBLB and not watching the show at all.

Who does it leave that is able to watch it....maybe some shift workers, student, childless people and the unemployed...its discrimination!!!

I'm currently ploughing my way through all the Rescue Me DVD box sets. Denis Leary is much more easy on the eye than a bunch of screechy BB HMs

1 hr a day of what they want us to see? and i understand they want us to vote house mates in on sunday? that will be ok as long as the votes are the same as what they have decided already. newspapers say they are all fakes? i think c4 have gone ott on the edit this time. i will just log on to ds to see whats going on and watch something less boreing on the old tube in the corner this year.

I don't usually sleep that well until I'm completely knackered...which I was last night...

Even on holiday I was getting up at 6am!!!
And the only time I fall asleep when I go to bed in less than an hour or so is when I'm watching tv.

Just a question though, In BB1 I don't remember any Live Feed...if there was I certainly never watched it...

I don't remember people complaining then that we were not seeing the true picture!

Did they not cut the live feed in BB1 at some point, something to do with Nick? Or maybe I just made that up

I think after all these years you just know that once you do get into it, virtually all your summer can get wiped out. You know that you'll be getting into the lives of people you'd generally swerve to avoid in RL.

That's a lot of effort & commitment to people, whose names you probably won't even remember a week after the show is finally over

Add all of THAT to the feeling that C4's heart is no longer in this show. They're obviously just going through the motions at this stage.

So, you gotta ask yourself, can I really be assed

I've not watched any of it and like you Deegs will resist as long as I can because I will get hooked.

It used to finish before or just at the start of the summer holidays...now it goes through it...and watching then is a complete waste of time...so in a way its good theres no daytime live feed.

like croc i'm in the land of nod when the live feed is on......i may catch a bit at the weekend but that's about it.....

think i'll get more into it once we know who the real h/mates are......

To be honest, im really struggling to stay interested.I know its early days, but im not excited when its on, in fact i switched off last night to watch a dvd and thats not like me at all

I can't get into it at all.. . it's like watching a bit of a film and not seeing the beginning or the end..

There was always some form of LF . .in the early series it was embedded in the main website and you could choose from about 4 camera's . .and it was free too..

think the red button came in around series 3 and pay to view net streaming. .that was expensive at first then that got cheaper too..

I am completely cured of it now.. I used to enjoy having it as background noise during the day especially of a weekend... or running in the background on my puter so I could tune in if anything of interest happened... it drew me in. .this fiasco is just not worth it. . I can't be assed to tune in late at night when I have no idea what went on in the day and who is interacting with who etc.. 14 weeks of it too

Can't see how they can sustain an audience for that long with only HL's that contain less that 45 mins of action.. the BB boards have nowt much to talk about either.. no tasks to watch, no shopping list fights, nowt... LS had got bad with the SD's but it was still better than what they have given us now and did for CBB too..

Aah so I was sort of right...no red button for the first 2..which I and I suspect many others watched and still enjoyed....

So we have now gone back to what there was previously...maybe the whingers should now shut up and just watch it.

The only year I managed to resist was the year of the all female start. And I only managed that for 5 weeks before I put on the forum armour to defend the delightful Carol.
