I sort of couldn't be bothered to get into it - and then never tried to catch up either.

That's taking it a bit far.   Capt Jack tho......   *drools*

Read the books and seen the movies. Hard to translate all that's in the books to the screen, but I thought they did a pretty good job.

Last November we went to the Harry potter section of universal studios in Orlando, and it was pretty great. Set up like the little village with the school at the topof the hill,a fun rides, great shops. I'd go back!

ello lal..    I am not that into HP, but the daughter is...   she is a total addict, has reread the books to the point of them falling apart (she got a posh bound box set of them for her 18th, but refuses to actually read them...  she just sniffs them   they are for best apparently)..

anyways...

the girl is ranting on about Pottermore...    an online Hogwarts...

have you heard of it?   signed up to it?

I wish I had never shown my daughter this thread...

she has just been on google..   the HP tour is ten mins by tube from where she will be going to university...

she then divided ÂĢ3000 by ÂĢ28...    and worked out she can go on the tour 100 a term!

I must be the only parent worried that their kid at uni will spunk all her student loan money on the Harry Potter Tour!
