Happy Pancake Day - we are away tonight at a hotel (funeral tomorrow) - I wonder if they'll be pancakes in the restaurant? Funnily enough the lady who's funeral it is introduced me to Crepes Suzette almost forty years ago.

 

What will you change your name to next Sweet. Hot Cross Sweet? Sweet Chocolate Bunny?

Ohhh yes, soozy.... Easter next ... I cannot tell you how MUCH i am looking forward to Easter. It will be (hopefully) the Christmas I never had.  I usually LOVE Xmas but this year it was pretty subdued because of lil gyps being so poorly. I thin with all that goiing on and dark nights and cold I was just willing it all to be over.  I usually enjoy Easter but this year, I love it EVEN more, so its going to be a pastel coloured, bunting hung full on celebration!

Hope they do have pancakes at the hotel sooz! I'm thinking about my newest name change, I've got a couple of ideas I may just be sweet summer again for a little while though Ells, yes absolutely! One last pig out before lent- i'm giving up sugar! Well, naughty sugar, I'll be eating fruit & honey instead

Got all my toppings on a tray on the dining table ready to go, just  waiting for daughter to get back from cello lesson and we are good to go!

Thanks to Sweet, I've been looking forward to this for awhile.

Mr. Lori was going to make pancakes for dinner tonight, but our grandson is spending the night with us tonight, and he doesn't like pancakes ( I don't know what is WRONG with him!!). 

 

So, we're going out to IHOP where I can get pancakes and he can get something else.

I had pancakes for breakfast, American style 

Well I feel like a busted sofa, so pancake day was very successful! I'm very glad so many took part, and enjoyed it like I did
