I'm in bed. Had a good day out at Whitby with m'wife and the youngest. Lit a candle for you know who. Went to RHB, turned an ankle and fell down some steps. I haven't touched a drop!
So I'm having an early night, hopefully I'll be fit to go on a bike ride first thing.
