Zazz in all seriousness the site I got that pic off has loads of recipes with sambuca   I thought it was only for drinking!  But I wouldnt waste a good bottle of sambuca on cooking.....mainly coz I can't cook and it would taste like crap

Well I had to add some food to the thread, as it is a zazz thread ...

This was the birthday breakfast, cooked by moi at special request.... Its called meneman, It looks like sick in a pan, but its one of the most delicious things to eat in the world. Zazz even likes it better than a full english

Its fried peppers, tomatoes (cooked down till they are just mush) hot red pepper powder and then a couple of eggs scrambled through it.  you eat it by dipping hot fresh bread into it and scooping it out. NOM NOM NOM!
