I did manage to fall down the step from the kitchen into the laundry 2 days ago.
I have a full sleeve bruise on my arm and a purple/swollen ankle.
Oddly - it didn't hurt

Been there, done it. Well....I slipped of the stair end about two thirds of the way down and got up and everything seemed ok, tried to carry on with the dishes and it was like...all my organs swelled up inside of me, ended up at A&E. Was a few years ago now but never been the same since
