The birthday gods were definitely smiling on me yesterday. I had a lovely day - and I'm out celebrating tonight and tomorrow night as well. Go me! 
Don't be imagining anything along these lines though....
.... I'm not really into the drinking thing and I've decided I'm now too old/wise/uncompromising to keep just going with the flow. I am sneakily avoiding being dragged to the pub by distracting people with last minute alternative arrangements 
It means I'm now on a three nights on the trot cinema marathon. Last night "10 Cloverfield Lane", tonight "The Reverent", tomorrow - I'm running out of options...help...
