There's just been a story on the News about a girl who used Boots own hair dye and ended up in a burns unit for 3 days because she had such a bad reaction to it.
She's dyed her hair before but this is the first time using that product, she is now suing Boots...
...she DIDN't follow the instructions and do the 'patch test' before using the product though, do you thinks she should be allowed to sue after NOT following the instructions?
