I don't think Rodrigo really tells anyone. He's fickle, whingy and just says 'shut up'.
I am not agreeing with Kris and Charlie's behaviour, btw.

I just find the bullies are left with a void now Sree has gone, and they are now targeting Rodrigo, and trying to put him down, he's not having it though.

I think they fancy each other, with all this winding each other up and play fighting and fighting i think they like each other, and i think Rodrigo is very confussed with his feelings, like he said he doesn't know why it's happening with just Charlie.

I like Rodrigo.
He also has keen ideas about right & wrong which I like.
