Join the club Velvet As a rule of thumb though if you can change something , then do....if you can’t , then you have to simply let it go

I have many regrets Velvet, I could have, should have done it better...it would eat you up if you dwelt on it 

They say live without regret - that's impossible - we all have it

Since stopping work three yrs ago I've had time to ponder life a little and how silly it all is.

We pressure ourselves and then it's Sunday where we suddenly don't have to 'meet targets' - bizarre. Then it's Monday … and we do. Daft when you think.

My future? A care free life is my priority

We all feel guilt about things we did or didn’t do.

The important thing is to learn from our mistakes and make better choices in the future.
