Stuart's dessert was probably my favourite dish overall. Really liked the theme and presentation.

In - I think - the second ever GBM, the winning main course chef did Stargazey Pie. There was a lot of comments about serving "peasant food" to the French ambassador, but it went down a treat in the end.

I just wouldn’t care for pie at a banquet....I think it comes down to style in the end
result was ok but neither were really good- night

I think it was very close overall, actually. As the judge said, they mark over all courses, and while I think Stuart scored very high on certain dishes (that dessert!), Roberta was more consistent.

Rachel was the only judge who didn't give him a "10".
