Hope you don't mind me leaping in here. I watched the first few series of GBM, but haven't bothered for some time now.

I'm not sure yet if I'll stick with the whole series, but I'm intrigued by its theme this year so am going to give it a go...

I've made my own truffle butter in the past, which is used in a similar way: it was only marginally successful!
