No, it’s wednesday , Thursday and Friday too Each day all the finalists cook each course ....so Monday they will all cook the starter ....Tuesday the fish course etc ....then the judges pick one dish from each course to be cooked  at the banquet on Friday

I used to make a nice carrot and loveage soup...when I had loveage growing in my garden...  my recipewas in a cook book too ...sadly the loveage has gone now, strangled by brambles probably..nice blackberries though

it's unusual...sort of celery ish, quite a strong taste with a sharpness which goes nice with sweetness of good organic local carrots
