When I was at school doing A Levels, they reckoned we weren't to be trusted during *Study time*, so they made us do a *Hostess Cookery Course*....first thing I made was a swiss roll
I vaguely remember doing one ...but I got thrown out of Cookery and Needlework classes ....that's how useless I am
Needlework passed me by thank gawd, but I didn't mind making cakes and sausage rolls....it kept me out of trouble anyway
