They are performing the Swiss Roll challenge. I like Swiss Roll. Should be an interesting test, let's see how many can get the "roll" without it all breaking up.
I'll nail my colours to the mast, one of the contestants I will follow is Martha_17. I like the fact she has her exams on and is competing against some seasoned baking veterans.

Some of these are more Yule Log than Swiss Roll. The creativity is good, but not traditional.

I have to say that the cherry cake looks a bit yuk to me, they use glacÃĐ cherries which I loathe. I could not judge this... over to you Paul & Mary.
