It's the dreaded Bread week. First round is a "tear and share loaf" and someone gets the first Hollywood handshake of the series. By the end of the second round apparently several contestants are at risk of being sent home. Third round is a series of "artistically scored breads".

I use to make it quite a lot at one point , but not  made any for years 

Mine was always terrible, so gave it up as a bad job
