Hi Bakers   so excited about Vegan week but a bit gutted they are doing a savoury pastry as that is not difficult vegan cooking at all...it's the cakes and cookies that are hard because of the egg and cream elements

I am hoping to get some tips about vegan cakes as I only know one or two that work and they both need really good toppings as the cake itself can be claggy .Made a vegan chocolate and coconut ganache on Saturday for my first ever market stall
