 My dad is having injections into one of his eyes, as he has wet macular degeneration - it runs in his family. 

Hopefully your treatment and my dad's will work.

Should do......mine is similar to MD but not the same so they say, but it's the same reatment but with a different drug

You have to exercise a bit of caution when handling it or it squirts everywhere
