Wow, this has really mashed up the contestants big style.
Seems like they either do a good ginger bake and fail on the presentation or vice versa.
What's their problems with gingerbread?

I recall making gingerbread men as a kid (more of a biscuit really) the actual gingerbread cake was left up to my mum.
