Then I thought "what is stopping someone coming along and stealing the quite expensive charging cable"?

I normally like these extreme builds, but not overly into this, don't drastically hate it, but don't love it and would not want to live there.
Who would buy a house like this in the future?
Someone might buy the land and put another build on it IMO.
