Google does not answer everything - Flashforward question!

I am an avid fan of the programme and never miss an episode, but I'm stumped as to how Janice became pregnant, and just typed the question " How did Janice get pregnant on Flashforward?". Guess what, I ccould not find one single answer to this, only a theory that Demetri and her got up to some rumpy pumpy when in Somalia, but that is not the reall answer, only an assunption, does anyone out there know the answer to this question, if you don't watch the show then all of this will mean nothing to you, sorry.

We didn't actually see it happen (thank God!) but Demetri offered his services while in Somalia because if she didn't get pregnant that weekend it wasn't going to happen!

Demetri offered his services she refused a couple of days later he said the offer still stands she refused again saying she was already pregnant, cue baffled look on Demetri's and the viewers faces....
