As I just said, I will take a look tomorrow after it's moved but unless they have managed to bring it up to at least the 20th century I won't be staying. It's just not worth the hassle. I went through all that kind of crap when I first got the internet around 12 years ago, and guess what? They were American forums too! When I finally found myself a good old British forum I was amazed to see a proper, workable forum in place.
i dont think its an american / brit thing, its just the software thats way below what could be considered to be acceptable (or even useable) quality, i do agree that it needs a lot of work to bring it upto 20th century standards let alone to todays standards.
It's an American/Brit thing in as much as the Americans put up with such tripe whereas some of us Brits are not prepared to just accept rubbish without a word of protest.
but surely even they have learned to expect better whether its through myface or some other networking site or almost any forum software out there now.

That's the whole point! What a lot of the FMs who are so uncomfortable is that they don't want that aspect on LiveCloud! The thing is, they don't have to! Yes, there are bugs but the hosts are trying very hard to help people out!

what a lot seem to forget is this was to be our new home and the americans were supposed to be joining us here in july, heck they even got as far as setting up the american side of the forum, links were posted here to it, some even posted on it, but they never opened it and instead decided to move us to this new deathcloud software.
of course i thank them for the time that it allowed us to stay together but thats no excuse for turning us into crash test dummies.

nope i dont have another agenda, i'm not signed up for an alternate forum and i have not recommended anywhere else on any post i've made, when this place timewarps (backwards) to deathcloud i'm out of the bb forums completely (until a new channel opens one maybe) so for me i realy wanted livecloud to be useable before we were shifted there, it isnt.

When you log in here & look at The Forum list, Hyper had added another Forum called The Americans. It has been removed so you won't find it. We all clicked on it but it just referred us back to the normal forums. Anyone looking at it would have thought it was real.

3. EXPLORE - the explore button is your friend.... be it blogs, people or groups.
All of that is if you want to play outside of the general forum that is being teleported later.
Anyone wanting to add me as a buddy... feel free.... if you need any help over there... feel free to track me down xx
