Anyhoo ... do you want the bad news? Of course you do

I'll be having an outage    from Thursday when my beloved lappy goes in for a major repair.

When I get it back is anyone's idea and of course I'm waiting for the call saying it's beyond repair

But it's limping along at the moment so can't be too serious ... Windows is corrupted and needs removing and replacing. Repair guys weren't too concerned by my explanations.

Watch this space . . .

It took me aaaaaaaaages to get inside this thread! It really ramped up the tension  

But apparently the bad news ain't that bad...and I've missed the outage anyway. Good news!  

The best kind of bad news is the kind that doesn't really impact you.

Don't worry Yogi, it's gonna take 'em some time to work through us all They're looking for a needle in a needle stack. 

I can confirm there are a lot of oddities around ....and more in some threads than others
