Have you done any good deeds so far in the spirit of Christmas?
I have done two!!! The bridge into town costs 50p each way, on my way back from town the other day, I only had a ten pound note on me, so paid my 50p but made them take a pound and asked that the extra 50p paid for the person behind me
And today, I have been to a real mad cat laydeez house with a joint of beef and gammon...for her cats...Gyps saw this little old laydee out side Asda a few weeks ago, she was asking for food for her cats (she runs this little independent cat rescue place from her house and garden) so she took her little card after making a donation and it was just the other night, after we had been talking about the wasted meat at work, that Gyps said why dont I take the left over meat from work to this lil old laydee......................I have never seen someone so happy and grateful!!! it was all very cute, and turns out we are welcome there any time for a cuppa!! There was a rather emabarrasing moment though, where she asked for my number, I told her I would need to go to my car to get my phone as I didnt know my number off the top of my head, she told me to just let myself back in.... after getting my phone and locking my car I promptly walked back in.................................to the wrong house!!!! after a bit of confusion and an explanation, all was well again and both the laydee in the wrong house and myself were laughing!!! I shouldnt be let out on my own!!
Anyway, have any of you done any good deeds in the spirit of Christmas?
