OK  I was simply saying as I see it. I know it's here and now .................I'm here most days (and nights) but ...................................it can be hard work on here at times.

I know you're right ...........it's hard though. There's so few of us and when you eff up .................it's like the whole forum is against you. There is something to be said about safety in numbers ....................I really and truly have tried .............TBH - I can't find anywhere else to go but ........when someone posted about forum fatigue the other day - I knew just where they were coming from. I resisted replying as it's seen as negative ....................i guess I'm a little negative tonight

There's a lot about what you say is felt by many Soozy.

All I can say is keep the faith and keep involved.

IMO all the nastiness a while ago is to blame. People either left, moved to other areas of gaga or just read. Now some are scared to post incase it all kicks off again.

i think the place is just too big, when we were on c4 we stuck to bb or off topic and on gaga we all posted in the same place.
this site is so big and spread about with walls and blogs that have turned into sub forums.

i still can't find my way around, i stumbled on a pm by chance  that was sent to me weeks ago

Hopefully it will pick up when CBB is on?

Even on C4 the threads were minimal at this time of year usually.

Because this is a BB forum not on C4, many people won't know we exist, so the only people that will post/read, are the people that did the jump fom C4/GaGa with the rest of us.

We'll never get back the madness of C4 prime time BB lunacy here again imo, however if people leave their shit at the door and embrace this place for what it is or could be, then there can only be good times ahead...surely? ....hopefully?

I don't want to appear negative Soozy, but before I came into the thread I knew what it was going to be about   It's not the first of these threads that you've done.  I know you were unsure about coming here in the first place and you haven't really settled in.

It's 7 months on now and you don't seem any happier here.  If you try posting in some of the light hearted threads maybe it might make the transition easier.  But to be honest, if I was finding it this difficult to settle in, I wouldn't come back, again.

This post isn't meant as a dig or in a bitchy way, just a lot of people have moved over to FB, so if this place really brings you down that much perhaps it's time to move on

It was always quiet after BB ended and ch4 closed at midnight..It'll pick back up when CBB starts....

I post then forget to check for replies....

I think most of us get fed up with stuff on the forum at times - especially after the last upgrade.  I try to not let the negativity get to me, but I am not always successful.

Live Cloud has the potential to be a great place - if we want it to be.

I like it here, but I think it's a mistake to expect too much of any forum.

I think many of us are looking back to the Ch 4 forum with rose coloured specs. It wasn't all roses and chocolates and a load of laughs all the time.  There were a lot of nasty posts made over there, especially when BB was on and if you dared to disagree with someone's favourite housemate.

Sure, we had a lot of laughs and some fond memories, but this place has been up and running for less than 3 months.  It would be nice if people gave it a chance to work out some of the bugs.

I love the fact that we can put piccies & vids etc up.....couldn't do that on ch4!
I also like that there is far less back biting!

You're right Suzi.  C4 was a flippin nightmare when BB was on.  Peeps would jump down your throat for nothing.  I remember one of my A-Team buddies defending Dirk and before he knew it he was being accused of supporting bearkilling

Not to mention the technical glitches when BB was on.  You could hardly post!  And that was supposed to be the official forum

I think many of us have felt that way too.  I don't mean to ignore you, and I don't mean to ignore many people.  I tend to miss a lot of posts.  I should have gone to spec savers!

This is a much better forum than CH4 IMO it is open 24/7 we can post our own smilies/pictures etc it is quiet but so was CH4 especially when they  advertised facebook many FMS spent lots of there time over there,it was  always quiet at this  time of the year,we have lost quite a few people along the way and hopefully they will come back,I for one will stick to this forum as I like it here, Soozy I agree with you about the same threads being on the front page for days and there is nowhere to post,and I am guilty of never starting a thread, that is what I like about the blogs you can have a wander off and read them or write one especially when it is quiet, that is what I like about LC we have other choices, I am sure when CBB starts which is next month it will get better

I agree Cags but certain perpetrators have recently left the bulding for good..banned. I feel the atmosphere is getting better and long may it continue  The numbers are fewer but if the fm`s who have maybe been lurking because they were scared to post, see the change in atmosphere, then they may come back. I hope so. That, combined with CBB could bring the forum back to life!

I've only really had one run-in with anyone over on C4...I started a thread and a few people posted in it, as I didn't post a reply directly to the person, he/ she had a go at me.....i was like ....it was totally uncalled for, and I'm glad to say that person is no longer around.....

dont be daft, even on c4 the arguments were legendary. theres always been nastiness.

There's a definite trend of rose tinted specs about Ch4 going on.
