She didn’t remove the HRH, they have been told not to use them. I think that’s in case Harry divorces her and comes back into the fold, and it will save reinstating his HRH - and Megan will lose her title, with a bit of luck.

 I think she planned this all along - marry Harry, get the title then do a runner and use the royal connection to make lots of money. Then she’ll drop Harry like a hot potato.
