I'm with them. Every winter they bump up my payments because they have worked out I will use a lot more energy, this year like the last they paid ME back ÂĢ140. So they can't even do the maths.
Now I have noticed they have left my payment up after winter. Monday I will be getting on the phone and asking for all my spare cash back pronto.

I reckon itâs a ploy to get the interest on your money, before they have to refund it.
