We did a sweep at work along with all the businesses in the yard where we are.  Everyone picked from the hat their horses first, and we got left with the favourite Synchronised.  But my favourite moment was when one bloke picked his bit of paper and said 'I can't read it', husband took it off him and he had picked Becauseicouldntsee

Apparently Seabass has overtaken Shakalakaboomboom in the betting, last I heard. Though that was quite a while ago, so it could all have changed by now.

Got me two tickets in hand..........

There's been a massive amount of betting on Seabass because the rider is Katie Walsh (trainer's daughter, possible woman winner, etc).

Overnight, Seabass has gone from >20/1 to 8/1.

Yes ......i had two others too (and one for my grand son) - not sure what I've won - maybe I'll break even.

It was astonishingly close, Soozy - they're calling it the closest ever finish. 

I had an E/W bet on Sunnyhillboy, so I wasn't quite as disappointed...

It looked like SunnyHill Boy at first, but in the replay it looked like Neptune Collange. Funnily enough when they showed it at full speed, but from the other side, it looked definitelylike Neptune Collange.

As the commentator said: "by a nostril"!
